So, you’re interested in becoming a subscriber and starting a Pullbox at Chaos Pop?
Well, we certainly look forward to providing you with a steady flow of all your favourite series – but there are a few things we need you to understand first..
If you are a trusted subscriber, then you know the drill by now. But we’ve formalised everything as we introduce PULLBOX.
The first thing you should know is; our service is founded on a system of mutual trust.
YOU trust we will order the items, WE trust you will pick them up.
You do us a favour by subscribing (so we know how many copies to order) – and in return, we give you a discount of 10% off the issues you order! WOO! SAVINGS!
There are a few rules we have in place, that if not honoured, can result in cancellation, loss of discount, or the requirement of payment-in-full for future orders.
The Rules are:
1. The maximum hold period for your orders is 1 month.
2. If you have a large pull-list OR your weekly orders exceed $100 we politely request that you visit bi-weekly or arrange a deposit or store credit to be applied to your account.
3. In placing orders through Chaos Pop in-store, via pullbox or email you agree and understand these orders have been made specifically for you and accept to pay for these items upon their arrival.
4. Please don’t ghost us. Please speak with staff if you are having trouble paying for your orders. Make a phone call to the store. Send us a message. Just talk to us – we’re nice and we’re understanding and we’ll work something out. Just don’t ghost us!
THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT ORDERING VIA PREVIEWSWORLD.COM >> PULLBOX:
1. Please send us your email address before signing up to Pullbox. Wait for the invitation to join Pullbox and sync your account with Chaos Pop. This method will sync your existing subscriptions correctly. You will be asked to create an account on the previews world website also.
If you have any problems with syncing your account, please don’t hesitate to give the store a call or come in and we’ll set it up properly for you with a tutorial.
2. When you special order an item via PULLBOX, Chaos Pop receives your request and then sends you back an offer that includes our store price and lets you know the availability of the item.
3.We recommend checking your ORDER dashboard regularly and clicking ‘VIEW OFFER’ to accept the requests and complete your orders.
4. Keep in mind that all Prices listed on previewsworld are in USD, we have our own prices.
The two most common prices are:
3.99 usd = 7.95 aud (pre-order price = $7.16 aud)
4.99 usd = 9.50 aud (pre-order price = $8.55 aud)
all our comics come bagged and boarded too!
5. There are some items that may display on previewsworld, which may fail to ship to Australia due to licensing / region restrictions (but we’ll do our best to get it for you and let you know if it doesn’t ship).
6. Our products are non-returnable to the distributor; so uncollected/ghosted orders can REALLY hurt small businesses like us and we’d really love to be around for a long long time!
7. DC comes through a different distributor – but lists and assigns fine regardless. There may be some delay in DC uploading their data to diamond each month – but it updates eventually.
8. If pictures for releases aren’t loading, that’s usually because the artwork has yet to be uploaded by the publisher (Give the artist a bit of time to finish their masterpiece!)
