We do our best and give our all to this business, but we are not a large company with tons of funds and resources available to us.
Furthermore, the whole world is in the middle of this pandemic crisis which is creating new problems daily for small businesses like ours AND the distributors that supply us with our stock.
Therefore, we humbly request that BEFORE you place your online orders you send us an email or message via facebook to check the availability of the items you are interested in.
This will save you the hassle of waiting for a refund should the items you seek be unavailable.
We are doing everything we can do update the website, but the fact of the matter is thousands of items that were previously available on back-order may currently be un-orderable or out of stock.
One quick message to us to touch base will save a whole bunch of drama for everyone.
In the meantime, we promise we working night and day on updating the available quantities of items currently in-stock AND managing the availability of the pre-order items, but it is a mammoth task for one person.
Release dates have changed. Some items are even being canceled entirely. our website does not automatically update these changes – we have to manually adjust EVERYTHING.
